So, this ghost kanji caught my attention because of an analog horror film featuring it, and it also being one of the few ghost kanji that have meaning (it being a literary term for “cage” or a “lattice window.”) I noticed that it had a kyūjitai form (櫳), and was wondering whether both the shinjitai and kyūjitai forms were ghost kanji or if it was just the shinjitai form that was.
