Isn’t the second way to write Ōmagatoki 逢魔時, not 王莽時?
It's history related, when Wang Mang (王莽) took power from the Han Dynasty, he changed the country completely "as if it were a twilight".
FinalBosssHero if its not clear Im talking about China and the kanjis are A OK. Also the "gatoki" means "time of". The particle "ga" can subsitute the usual possesive "no". The が is ommited in the kanjis but read outloud or written when in kana.
Ok! Also, sorry for the late reply.
